Motivation is a powerful source of personal power.

It is used to lose weight but also by many to achieve, create, build, shape, learn and make.

So what motivates you? And what do you motivate yourself for?

  1. My motivation to loose all the weight I have gained been prego three times is so I can feel good, strong, and beautiful. AND the fact that I have lupus and Sjogrens syndrome. I will not let this disease control me! I will have the control. So I must eat healthy and exersise for me and that will benefit my family.
